Onboarding training is provided to all new users twice per week for the first 4-6 weeks following complete installation of the Greenbyte Platform.

Preliminary schedule:
Monday: 60 min training
Friday: 30 min Q&A

As a customer, you will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager that will be your primary contact at Greenbyte. The Customer Success Manager will help you get the most out of the Greenbyte Platform and enlighten new ways of bringing additional value to your business.

General online training webinars will be provided on a regular basis for all new features and add-ons that are being released on the Greenbyte Platform or launched in the Greenbyte Marketplace. Schedule is provided by your assigned Customer Success Manager.

In addition to initial onboarding training, the first year, you can request up to 4-6 extended weeks of onboarding and/or up to two additional onboarding trainings for new users, joining after the initial onboarding has been completed.

2 sessions of 2-3 hours of onsite training, available on request. Standard onboarding, tailored training on specific feature and add-on in a workshop format with possibility to add a Q&A.

An Admin Service is a pre-defined consultancy assistance that can be requested, one at a time, to reduce the amount of time you need to spend doing admin tasks.

Admin services can be ordered through support@greenbyte.com or the Customer Service Portal.

Response time on ordered Admin Services is equivalent to Severity Level 4 issues.

A pre-defined list with available services can be provided upon request by your Greenbyte representative.

FAQ

The training included in my package isn't enough, can I request more training?

Absolutely, we offer additional training and guidance upon request at an additional hourly rate. You can select any of our pre-packaged trainings or request a customized package, tailored to your needs.

Can I purchase Premier Success for a subset of my portfolio or number of users?

The Success Plan you have selected will be applied for all of your Greenbyte Platform commitments, however, you can always decide to upgrade or downgrade your service package to suit your requirements.
